FIELD: cosmonautics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of launching a payload into space. Annular reusable launch vehicle (LV) contains landing supports, grid rudders, annular frame made of vertical rods with bent upper part and stiffness rings. To the lower stiffness ring of the LV, a power frame unit of the launching unit of the turbojet engine with a common fuel tank coated with a fire-retardant composition is attached by means of pylons. In the upper sealed compartment of the common fuel tank there is a parachute. Front surfaces of LV and stiffness rings are coated with ceramic fire protection. Inside each of the head parts of the annular assembly of the LV there are inhabited modules for the crew, connected by transient vestibules with the annular sluice placed inside the upper stiffness ring, having transition chambers with docking assemblies located in the rear part of each habitable module.
EFFECT: possibility is achieved by means of one annular arrangement to put an annular manned space station into orbit, as well as to create artificial gravity inside the space station.
