FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to selective extraction of potassium chloride and sodium chloride from water brines of sylvinite rocks. Plant used includes inlet, intermediate and outlet hydrocyclones, inlet, intermediate and outlet mixers, potassium chloride and sodium chloride granulators. Water mother brine and reagent – isopropyl alcohol are simultaneously fed into the inlet mixer in ratio of 90/10, mixed, settled, after which the formed mixture is directed to the inlet hydrocyclone, from which heavy impurities of sylvinite rock carbonates are removed. Mixture of water brine and reagent obtained in inlet hydrocyclone is directed into intermediate mixer, wherein reagent is additionally fed into intermediate mixer at ratio of 50/50, mixed and settled. Thereafter, obtained mix is fed to intermediate hydrocyclone inlet wherefrom wet composition of potassium chloride is fed into potassium chloride granulator. Intermediate mixture of water brine with the reagent remaining in the intermediate hydrocyclone is supplied to the outlet mixer, into which the reagent is also supplied at ratio of 10/90, mixed and settled, after which the ready mixture is supplied to the outlet hydrocyclone, from which moist sodium chloride is supplied to the sodium chloride granulator.
EFFECT: mixing of aqueous brine and reagent is carried out at temperature of 25-30 °C.
