SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to VTOL aircraft. Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) includes a fuselage with a fixed wing and a front horizontal empennage, a lifting power plant, a cruise power plant, course control means and a landing device. Fuselage consists of upper and lower fibreglass sandwich panels, pylon deflection control compartment. Wing consists of two consoles glued from lower and upper fibreglass sandwich panels, wing consoles spars, pins of wing consoles fixation in folded state, as well as end aerodynamic surfaces with hinged-course shields attached to them, two interceptors. Lifting power plant consists of two electric motors equipped with lifting screws and fixed on motor mounts equipped with servo drives of control of lifting power plant rotation around transverse semi-axles of pins. Propulsion power plant consists of electric engine or internal combustion engine, pushing propeller.

EFFECT: higher reliability of the UAV, improved stability of the vehicle in the take-off-landing mode, simplified and unambiguous operation of the UAV control system.
