FIELD: aviation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aviation, in particular to designs and methods of manufacturing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). UAV of unified parts and assemblies includes fuselage, wing and empennage consisting of panels made of composite materials, power plant intended for horizontal flight. Power plant comprises electric motor equipped with propeller spinner and propeller. Fuselage is made of twelve panels, four spars ending with cups, three standard and one power frames. Fuselage ends with nose and tail fairings. Wing consists of three lower and three upper panels, spar, tips. Empennage consists of two sections of empennage, two rudders and spar, which are attached to power frame. Panels, frames, cups, motor frames, fairings, wing tips, propellers and lifting screws are made from filled engineering plastics by injection moulding on injection moulding machine.

EFFECT: enabling creation of UAV of different versions, assembled from unified parts made from engineering plastics and connected by vibration welding and screws.
