FIELD: manipulation of filamentary material.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a device for dispensing wound material, comprising a support with legs, on which a frame with consoles and stands is installed with possibility of rotation. Frame is equipped with shell, and support is equipped with brake shoe made with possibility of pressing to said shell. At that, brake shoe is connected to lever equipped with first guide of thread-like material, besides, second guide of thread-like material is fixed on one of legs.
EFFECT: invention provides automatic braking of coil unwinding when drawing of filamentary material is stopped.
