SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to versions of a fungicidal and bactericidal preparation and to a method for use thereof in growing plants, according to which plant seeds or vegetative plants are treated with a solution of this preparation. In one embodiment, the disclosed preparation includes a complex of copper (I) with thiourea, or methyl thiourea, or N,N'-dimethyl thiourea, or ethyl thiourea, or N,N'-diethyl thiourea, or ethylene thiourea, or N,N'-bis(dimethylaminomethyl)thiourea and a complex compound of silver with thiourea, or methyl thiourea, or N,N'-dimethyl thiourea, or ethyl thiourea, or N,N'-diethyl thiourea, or ethylene thiourea, or N,N'-bis(dimethylaminomethyl)thiourea. In another embodiment, the disclosed preparation comprises a mixed complex of copper (I) and silver with thiourea, or methyl thiourea, or N,N'-dimethyl thiourea, or ethyl thiourea, or N,N'-diethyl thiourea, or ethylene thiourea, or N,N'-bis(dimethylaminomethyl)thiourea.
