SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to agriculture. Methods of preparing the fungicide are as follows: the base used is water which is purified from suspended and dissolved substances, then electrolysis is carried out with addition of NaCl in amount required to produce solution with concentration of 0.001 mol/l or without addition of NaCl, wherein the electrodes used are silver and copper or their alloy, using electrolysis, forming silver ions Ag⁺ and copper ions Cu²⁺, from which with the help of chloride Cl^- form silver chloride AgCl and copper chloride CuCl₂ or do not form silver and copper chlorides, then add a ligand, which is ammonia or ammonium water, under its action is dissolved silver chloride AgCl and copper chloride CuCl₂ and obtaining ammonium complexes of stable cation of diammine silver and stable copper cation during the following reactions: AgCl+2NH₃*H₂O↔[Ag(NH₃)₂]⁺+Cl^-+2H₂O, CuCl₂+4NH₃*H₂O↔[Cu(NH₃)₄]⁺+Cl^-+4H₂O or Ag+2NH₃=[Ag(NH₃)₂]⁺, Cu₂+4NH₃=[Cu(NH₃)₄]⁺, obtained aqueous ionic solution is mixed with fat and/or humic acids, pre-purified from large disperse particles.

EFFECT: invention enables to produce a fungicide having high resistance on plants and high penetrating power.
