FIELD: mechanical engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engines designed to generate mechanical energy, electrical energy, or a combination of both types of energy. A mechanical engine generates energy using floating elements (18), (31) through waves, tides or changes in water levels in liquids, as well as through pulleys (15), (24) mounted on supports. The engine is configured to use elements (18), (31) with weights in the internal part, providing the ability to remain afloat by approximately 10%. Elements (18), (31) are made with the possibility of pulling through counterweights (5), (9), cables (6), (12) or ropes, chains and toothed rollers. The engine contains a flywheel (29) ensuring stability of rotation in the intervals of pulling the cable (6), (12), rope or chains, toothed rollers connected to the elements (18), (31). The engine contains a gearbox designed to change gears, place them in neutral and ensure reversal of rotation.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of energy production.
