FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydropower engineering and can be used to increase efficiency of sea waves and tides. Floating wave power plant comprises two pontoons 1 with arc-like beads and with through transverse holes 3 with turbo-aggregates 4 arranged in them, which are rigidly attached to each other by means of braces. Holes 3 with turbo-aggregates 4 have diaphragms and are at a certain angle to wave direction. Latter represent screw bars 2 adjusting the distance and angle between pontoons 1. Arched boards of pontoons 1 are arranged outside. Pontoons 1 can change depth of immersion depending on wave height.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing efficiency of electric power generation due to waves in a wide range of parameters and tides.
