SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to personal hygiene. Moisture-activated in situ system for personal hygiene of patients with atopic dermatitis includes active and auxiliary ingredients taken at the following ratio of components, wt.%: olive oil: 20.0, castor oil: 0–7.0, almond oil: 13.3, jojoba oil: 10.0, argan oil: 3.0, vitamin E: 0.5, lauret-3: 5.0, polysorbate 20: 0–7.0, caprylic triglyceride: 26.2, transcutol P: 10.0, squalane: 5.0. Also disclosed is a method of producing a moisture-activated in situ system.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides effective cleansing and promotes restoration of barrier functions of the damaged epidermis in patients with atopic dermatitis.
