FIELD: chemistry; pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry and pharmaceutics, namely to a pharmaceutical composition for oral administration in the form of an oil-in-water microemulsion, which contains: from 0.005 g to 0.01 g 11H-indeno[1,2-b]quinoxalin-11-one oxime as an active ingredient; 0.09 g of an oil phase consisting of fatty acids of sunflower oil or fatty acids of olive oil; 0.09 g of dimethyl sulphoxide as an additional solubiliser; 1.02 g of a mixture of surfactant/co-surfactant, which is a mixture of tween 80/hydrogenated castor oil/polyethylene glycol-400 in a weight ratio of 1:1:1; 2.80 g of water.
EFFECT: invention provides higher bioavailability of 11H-indeno [1,2- b ] quinoxalin-11-one oxime, as well as storage stability of the composition.
