FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials, in particular to adhesive compositions for gluing structural elements and blocks from polystyrene concrete, cellular concrete or heavy concrete. Heat-efficient adhesive for masonry of polystyrene concrete blocks additionally contains amorphous nanosized silicon dioxide with particle size of 20-100 nm and specific surface area of 95-400 m2/g, styrene-acrylic copolymer, gaize or tripoli, or diatomite, or mixture thereof in any proportion, setting time regulator in the form of sodium glucoheptonate or citric acid in the following ratio, wt.%: portland cement 39.29-45.8, gaize, or tripoli, or diatomite 7.71-22.4; light aggregate 1.35-12.7; naphthalene formaldehyde sulphate 0.18-0.31; amorphous nanosized silicon dioxide 0.05-0.12; styrene-acrylic copolymer 0.96-3.32; setting time regulator 0.0-1.04; water – balance.
EFFECT: use of heat-efficient adhesive for gluing structural elements and blocks of polystyrene concrete, cellular concrete or heavy concrete provides the required quality parameters in terms of strength and thermal conductivity with minimum thickness of the adhesive joint.
