FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: composite heat-insulating incombustible material, produced from a binder and granulate by filling a mould with a component mixture, vibration, holding, heat treatment, where soda glass with sodium fluosilicate, fine serpentinite and tetrafurfuryloxisilane is used as the binder, as the granulate, foam glass-ceramic granulate with a fraction of 1-5 mm is used, which is produced by granulation and foaming powder charge, received from mixing at 50-70°C of aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide with tripoli, diatomite, gaize and carbon-containing gas-forming admixture and by foaming this granulated mixture at 800-850°C. Then the above filling with the said component homogenious mixture is performed. The vibration is done for 5-7 min. Holding in the mould lasts for 1.5-2 hours, heat treatment - at 80-100°C for 1-2 hours with the following ratio of the specified components, wt % foam glass-ceramic granulate with a fraction of 1-5 mm 80-190, soda glass 100, sodium fluosilicate 16-18, fine serpentinite 11-13, tetrafurfuryloxisilane 2-3.
