FIELD: locks.
SUBSTANCE: invention is a mechanical interlock with the possibility of being fixed on the inner side of the interlocked device, which provides locking of movable parts of various devices. Mechanical interlock consists of a housing holder, in which there is a housing, which has no possibility of rotating around a central axis, in the central part of the housing there is an insert consisting of three adjacent segments of different length, two of which have coaxial channels, in the lower part of which there are pushers – bodies of two types, and in the upper part of the channels at the junction of the segments there are retainers – cylindrical bodies, the mutual arrangement of which depends on the relief of the key plate introduced through the key slot into the key cavity. Upper locking segment has the possibility of being displaced together with the middle and lower supporting magnetized segments; at that, in its composition there is a shock-absorbing gasket, which presses the retainers and pushers located in coaxial channels, both to each other and to the supporting magnetized segment and to the key plate inserted into the key slot. Middle segment together with the lower support magnetized segment, being carriers of the retainer, are spring-loaded, which affects the possibility of forced displacement by the spring along the longitudinal axis of these segments relative to the upper locking segment and to change the position of the locking element blocking the movement of the locking plate through the spring-loaded element of the locking plate.
EFFECT: invention has high security, resistance to cracking and reliability.
