FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for determining the productivity of winter wheat varieties to drought, involving sowing of winter wheat by two predecessors – sunflower and chickpea, and determining the average annual amount of precipitation of the zone and the sum of active temperatures. Also, in September, before sowing, ammonium nitrate is added; in May, root fertilizing is carried out with ammonium nitrate; in April, UAN is added. Herbicide treatment is carried out in April with the preparation Balerina and the first fungicidal treatment with the preparation Alto Super in the beginning of May, the second – with the preparation Kolosal Pro in the end of May – the beginning of July. Winter wheat productivity is calculated using the obtained data.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase accuracy of estimation of productivity of soft winter wheat varieties to drought in conditions of changing climate.
