FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed are samples (versions) for testing the strength of materials with concentrators of mechanical stresses in static and alternating loading modes, wherein each sample is made in the form of a plate of constant thickness, bent in the form of a chute, oriented relative to the x, y, z axes, longitudinal axis of samples is oriented relative to axis x, cross-section of chute has walls and flanges conjugated with radial transitions with walls, and the width of the flanges is the same, the mechanical stress concentrators are made in the form of U-shaped, or V-shaped, or T-shaped cuts, or grooves, or bulges, or through holes with a round, oval or rectangular configuration, through or non-through cracks, or combinations of these concentrators of mechanical stresses and are located in the working zone on all elements of the samples, at that, samples are made with possibility to be tested with static and sign-alternating loads, including tension-compression, bending, torsion and stability in compression, with determination of the stiffness coefficient in range of 0.2<k<0.8 and the stress-strain state coefficient in the range from −2 to +2.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides the creation of a sample for assessing the strength of materials when loaded with static and alternating loads of tension-compression, bending, torsion and compression stability, which enables to expand the range of measuring the coefficient of the type of stress-strain state by creating a stress-strain state without changing the position of the sample in the testing machine.
