FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: biocomplex comprises a livestock complex 1 communicated with a storage hopper of organic wastes 2; a pyrolysis furnace 4 with nozzles of discharge of char, crude pyrolysis gas, waste heat and flue gases; a gasholder 16; microalgae cultivation unit consisting of the block of culture liquid 23 and a photoreactor 24, microalgae processing unit 26 communicated with the feed-preparation device 27, the carbon dioxide production unit 19, consisting of the absorber 20 and the desorber 21, provided with a carbon dioxide discharge pipe to the block of production of microalgae, the carbon dioxide liquefaction unit 25; the cogeneration unit 18 provided with the flue gases discharge system to the carbon dioxide production unit. The pyrolysis furnace is connected with the preparation unit of furnace fuel, a unit of purification of pyrolysis gas, with livestock complex and the production unit of carbon dioxide. The unit of purification of pyrolysis gas 9 is connected with the preparation unit of furnace fuel 12 and with the gas holder 16 connected to the cogeneration unit 18.
EFFECT: biocomplex enables to obtain year-round the pyrolysis gas for processing it into heat and electricity, char, pyrolysis distillate, to reprocess animal wastes, to increase the intensity of growth of microalgae.
