FIELD: aviation; navigation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to on-board radio electronic means intended for ensuring the safety of aircraft movement. Essence of the navigation communication module (NCM) consists in the fact that it comprises: read-only memory (ROM) configured to store information required for calculating the trajectory of the aircraft; random access memory (RAM), configured to receive real-time navigation data from the onboard navigation system; processor configured to calculate aircraft trajectory parameters; a code generator configured to convert the calculated data into a location signal code; a location signal generator configured to receive a synchronizing pulse from the clock pulse generator for subsequent transmission to the antenna; location signal receiver configured to block reception of location signals of other aircraft during generation of its own location signal, as well as recording received location signals of other aircraft.
EFFECT: providing all-weather communication between aircraft and improving traffic safety.
