GUIDED ARTILLERY AMMUNITION GUIDANCE METHOD Russian patent published in 2025 - IPC F41G3/00

Abstract RU 2833021 C1

FIELD: weapons.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of fire destruction of objects and can be used in high-precision systems using global satellite navigation systems (GPS) at various stages of guided munitions. Essence of the guided artillery ammunition guidance method consists in the following. Coordinates of the target are determined and their values are entered into an artillery homing ammunition (AHA). Coordinates of installation of ground transceiving units (GTU) in the target location area and values of coordinates of location-patrolling zones (LPZ) of unmanned aerial vehicles with transceiving units (UAV with TU) are determined relative to coordinates of points of location of GTU and their values are entered into corresponding UAV with TU. Coordinates of their location are determined at each GTU by GPS. Their noise-immune navigation signals are generated and transmitted. Each UAV with TU calculates its current coordinates of location in space and then performs flight to the calculated coordinates of its LPZ zone and, upon arrival, generates its noise-immune navigation signals and transmits them. Current coordinates of its location are determined at the AHA and the flight of the AHA to the target is corrected.

EFFECT: increasing the effectiveness of target destruction by AHA using signals from navigation systems.
