TARGET DESTRUCTION METHOD BY ARTILLERY SELF-GUIDED AMMUNITION Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC F41G3/00

Abstract RU 2738330 C1

FIELD: military equipment; data processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire damage of objects and can be used in high-precision systems using global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) at various stages of guided ammunition guidance. Method of hitting a target with artillery homing ammunition (AHA) consists in determining coordinates of the target and making their values in the AHA, determining K≥k number of values of coordinates of transceiving units in target location area, where k is the minimum number of navigation signal sources required to determine the position of the AHA at the guidance step, delivery by launching K≥k uncontrolled carriers K≥k transceiving units into their coordinates, determining, at each GNSS receiving and transmitting unit, coordinates of its location, generating, based on coordinates of its location in each transceiving unit, its noise-immune navigation signals and transmitting them, AHA triggering operation, reception of interference-resistant navigation signals of AHA transceiving units, determination of current coordinates of their location as per values of their parameters and relative to their values of AHA mission correction to target.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of AHA target damage using signals of navigation systems.
