FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aluminum alloys and articles made therefrom. Aluminum alloy for pressure casting contains, wt.%: from 2.0 to 6.0 calcium, from 1.0 to 3.0 manganese, from 0.1 to 1.0 silicon, from 0.1 to 0.5 iron, the rest is aluminum (Al) and unavoidable impurities, note here that aluminum alloy grain size ranges from 10 to 50 mcm. If necessary, the alloy can contain zinc in amount of 1.0–1.5 wt.% or magnesium in amount of 0.01–0.1 wt.%. Parts from the disclosed alloys can be obtained using injection molding.
EFFECT: alloys are characterized by high fluidity, and also have high corrosion resistance.
