FIELD: cosmonautics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aerospace engineering, particularly, to actuators of control system of heavy-lift liquid-propellant rockets. Control of dynamic characteristics of steering control paths is carried out by supplying signals to the input of the steering path, registration of signals at the output and calculation of the amplitude-phase frequency characteristic. Tests are carried out with an input action of a sinusoidal shape at frequency of 1 Hz and a pulse signal, then the amplitude-phase characteristic is calculated and compared with permissible values. In case of compliance, a conclusion is issued on suitability of the steering section for launching the carrier rocket.
EFFECT: obtaining dynamic characteristics of steering paths on standard flight structures, which ensures high quality and reliability of results without exceeding the permissible level of loads on these structures.
