FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of assembling structures from prefabricated elements, and is intended for erection of towers, gas discharge, chimney and vent pipes of thermal and nuclear power plants. Method of erection of a structure from prefabricated elements includes erection of a gas discharge shaft from separate tubular sections, fabrication and installation of connecting elements, fixation of all elements. Installation is carried out by sequential installation of tubular sections in the form of sections of cylindrical shells with reinforcing elements along generatrices creating hollow ribs. Connecting elements are made with a configuration in the form of two paired asymmetric segments made of steel plates, sizes of which are determined by radii of cylindrical shell and reinforcing elements. Connecting elements are installed so that they are adjacent to the inner side of the shell wall, note here that it is flush with its end face while right segment adjoins the reinforcing element generatrix and welded to cylindrical shell section. Attachment of sections of cylindrical shells to each other is carried out through connecting elements. Thickness of connecting elements is taken equal to two thicknesses of cylindrical shell section wall, radius of the left segment is equal to the inner radius of the cylindrical shell, and the radius of the right segment is equal to the radius of the reinforcing element, increased by 6 diameters of the mounting bolt in the presence of a hole in it and by 20 mm without it; hole is centered with radial axis of flange bolts.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of assembling structures from prefabricated elements.
