FIELD: breathing masks or helmets.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to means of individual protection of human respiratory organs from aerosols (dust, smoke, fog) and gases and vapours of harmful chemicals. Filter material for an aerosol filter with additional protection against gases and vapours contains micro-thin glass fibres of different diameter and an adsorbent with a main fraction of less than 200 mcm in form of a mixture or three successively arranged layers: micro-thin glass fibres of different diameter, adsorbent mixed with micro-thin glass fibres of different diameter and micro-thin glass fibres of different diameter in thickness ratio of (0.8-1.2):1.0:(1.2-0.8) respectively. Filtration material is made to total thickness of 0.40 to 0.49 mm, laminated on both sides with non-woven polymer air-permeable material to total thickness of not more than 0.73 mm. Filter material contains the ingredients at the following ratio, wt.%: mixture of micro-thin glass fibres has a diameter range from 0.1 to 3.0 mcm or from 0.1 to 7.0 mcm when the ratio of the mixture of micro-thin glass fibres with diameter of 3.0 to 7.0 mcm to the mixture of micro-thin glass fibres with a diameter of less than 3.0 mcm is not less than 1.0:5.0, respectively – 70-80; adsorbent in the form of active carbon based on nut shell or fruit stone, including impregnated with copper, chromium and silver compounds, or active carbon based on polystyrene – 20-30. Also disclosed is an anti-aerosol filter with additional protection against gases and vapours, comprising a filter material.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides the possibility of highly effective protection of respiratory organs from aerosols according to GOST 12.4.246-2016 in combination with additional protection from gases and vapours, condensate drops in the composition of a filter respirator for protection of personnel of industrial enterprises.
