FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of producing particle filters from fibrous filtering materials. Filter layer is made of polyacrylonitrile nanofibers. Nanofibres, obtained by electrospinning according to the Nanospider technology from a solution of polyacrylonitrile with a concentration of 13–13.5 wt.% in dimethylformamide, have a diameter of from 100 to 150 nm, placed on a reinforcing substrate of air-permeable filter paper, which also plays the role of a prefilter. Mass of a unit area of a nanofibrous layer is from 1.0 to 2.0 g/m2, of a filtering package is not more than 125 g/m2. Resulting filter is placed in a standard filter-absorbing canister and can be used as a filtering element for respiratory protective equipment.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility to implement highly efficient filtration of fine aerosols.
