FIELD: performing operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of foundry slags formed during production of aluminium alloys in mixers and induction furnaces. Dry slag is crushed without grinding of metal beads into powder, providing production of aluminium plates, and separated into fractions with obtaining of upper and lower products of screening. Upper product is preliminarily washed in water from residues of salts and oxides and briquetted, after which it is remelted in melt of halogen-containing flux. Bottom product of screening is treated with water to obtain an oxide-salt suspension, which is filtered to obtain a salt solution and an insoluble solid residue. Salt solution is evaporated, washed from salts and solid residue is dried. Steam condensate formed during evaporation of salt solution is directed to washing of solid residue, then with obtained solution the bottom product of screening is treated, and solid residue is processed in electrolytic cells to produce aluminium.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase metallurgical output of secondary aluminium alloy, to reduce power consumption during slag processing, and also to obtain conditioned halogen-containing flux.
