FIELD: water treatment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to waste water treatment, namely to devices intended for treatment of surface storm drains, and can be used in any types of wells of water disposal systems, both existing and newly constructed. Filtration cartridge comprises cylindrical case with side surface impermeable for waste water and permeable top and bottom ends in the form of perforated grids, between which there is a charge with filtering and sorption materials. Loading consists of the following components arranged in series in the direction of drains movement: layer of nonwoven fibrous material "Megasorb", layer of sorption-filtering material "Kvalisorb-Barrier" with fraction of granules of 2.0-5.5 mm, layer of sorption material "Kvalisorb ATM-1B" with granule fraction of 2.2-5.0 mm and a substrate containing a layer of material "Kvalisorb-Barrier" with fraction of 8.0-10.0 mm and a layer of gravel with fraction of 20.0-40.0 mm. Thickness of layers of materials "Megasorb", "Kvalisorb-Barrier" with fraction of 8.0-10.0 mm and gravel is not less than 100 mm, and thickness of layers of material "Kvalisorb-Barrier" with fraction of 2.0-5.5 and material "Kvalisorb ATM-1B" with fraction of 2.2-5.0 mm depending on degree of contamination of storm drains is determined by ratios from 10:90 to 30:70 and from 90:10 to 70:30 respectively.

EFFECT: invention provides for an increase in the efficiency of the degree of treatment of storm drains containing both organic and inorganic contaminants.
