FIELD: water and air purification technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recirculating water supply systems and can be used primarily for purification of waste water from oil products and suspended substances of industrial waste water at transport and industrial enterprises. System of recirculating water supply for motor transport enterprises includes equipment connected by system of pipelines with waste water treatment device after motor transport washing. Recirculating water supply system includes a storage tank with a pit, into which waste water flows after washing motor transport, a horizontal settling tank, a three-cavity adsorber, a storage tank for collection of purified water, connected to each other by pipelines with control valves and with supply pumps. Accumulating reservoir with pit with waste water after vehicle washing with pipeline is connected to horizontal settler equipped with scraper mechanism for removal of sludge from sludge collector. Sump is connected via pipeline equipped with control valve via feed pump and pipeline with control valve with inlet opening to three-row adsorber designed for cleaning of oil-containing effluents from settler. Outlet of adsorber via pipelines through control valves and pump is connected to accumulation tank of purified water, which in its turn is connected with control valve to the falling pump, which is connected via pipeline with washing of motor transport via control valve. Accumulating reservoir of purified water by pipeline with control valve is connected to supply pump, which through control valve and pipeline is connected to adsorber for supply and washing by counterflow of sorbed material purified by water inside adsorber in automatic mode, at that adsorber inlet through control valves is communicated via pipeline with horizontal settler to feed contaminated water therein after flushing of sorption material. Three-side adsorber is made in the form of vertical cylindrical housing from welded shell ring from sheet steel with welded elliptical upper and lower bottoms, in which there are hatches intended for inspection and inspection of adsorber. Adsorber housing is equipped with three hatches located in the upper, middle and lower parts of the housing and intended for loading and periodic inspection of the state of surfaces of the sorption filtration material. Adsorber is also equipped with a sampling device. Inside the adsorber there rigidly mounted are three shelves made of uninterrupted grids and intended for filling and laying of sorption material on them, which is represented by natural aluminosilicate material, gaize with different fractional composition: 7 mm, 5 mm, 1–3 mm. To avoid erosion and to prevent sorption material entrainment, the shelves are provided with pressure frames.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of recirculating water supply system for motor transport enterprises.
