FIELD: biotechnology; medicine.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for producing and culturing haematopoietic and mesenchymal stromal cells, involving extraction of a bone marrow with an aspiration needle into a syringe with an anticoagulant, layering the bone marrow in a special test tube on a gradient medium, centrifugation followed by washing and repeated centrifugation, counting the obtained cells using an automatic counter, seeding cells into specially adapted culture flasks in accordance with the type of cells.
EFFECT: disclosed method enables to obtain simultaneously two types of cells from bone marrow punctate: mesenchymal stromal and haemopoietic.
