SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the cosmetic industry, namely to a hygienic lipstick in the form of a pencil. Hygienic lipstick in the form of a pencil containing bee, carnauba and candelilla waxes as a base, vegetable oils, including shea butter, alpha-tocopherol acetate (vitamin E), which additionally contains lanolin and mint essential oil, as vegetable oils it contains sea-buckthorn oil and cottonseed oil at the following ratio of components, wt.%: bee wax 8.0-12.0, carnauba wax 3.5-5.5, candelilla wax 6.0-10.0, lanolin 7.5-9.5, shea butter 16.0-20.0, sea-buckthorn oil 0.5-1.0, tocopherol (vitamin E) 0.1-0.25, mint essential oil 0.1-0.3, cottonseed oil up to 100.0.

EFFECT: lipstick described above is easy to use, has a solid texture, has the ability to be easily applied and retained on lip skin for a long time, meets the requirements of GOST 31649-2012, is stable during storage for 12-month shelf life.
