Composition has at least one volatile compound, less 20 wt.-% of nonvolatile hydrocarbon oil, 1-40 wt.-% of at least one fat viscous substance and one wax. Viscosity of fat compound at 40 C must be 0.1-40 Pa x s and/or its melting point must be 25-70 C. Method of limitation, decrease and/or prevention of cosmetic agent transfer effect involves application of the composition on surface to be treated. Composition does not pollute the surface with that it can contact and does not migrate for time that excludes the propagation of cosmetic agent into wrinkles and/or folds of skin.
