FIELD: woodworking industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the woodworking industry, in particular to devices for pressing rectangular tenons in the ends of wooden workpieces. Device comprises movable top plate and fixed bottom plate, connected to each other by guide columns with cantilever arrangement. At the same time the guiding columns are pressed into the fixed lower plate. Shank for interaction with the press and a replaceable punch are attached to the movable upper plate. Crimping matrix consisting of a support plate, a base angle and movable plates is attached to the lower plate. In the upper part of the crimping matrix there is a puller consisting of a separator and clamps. Wherein separator has holes that follow shape of replaceable male die working part, separator thickness is not less than 1/4 of height of formed tenons, and it is fixed on upper plane of base angle and movable plates of crimping matrix. Clamps are attached to the lateral sides of the base angle and the movable plate of the crimping matrix and are spring-loaded.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of punch positioning relative to workpiece.
