FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a method for detecting foetal cells in a blood sample obtained from a pregnant subject, involving: a) bringing the sample into contact with a first antibody conjugated with magnetic particles; b) recovering cells associated with a first antibody conjugated with magnetic particles to obtain an enriched sample; c) bringing said enriched sample into contact with a second antibody conjugated with a label against TREML2 and cytokeratin (CK); d) identifying a cell associated with a second antibody, conjugated with a label, as a foetal cell, as well as to a method for detecting foetal cells in a blood sample obtained from a pregnant subject, comprising: a) bringing the sample into contact with a first antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, conjugated with magnetic particles against TREML2 and cytokeratin (CK); b) identifying the cell associated with the first antibody or its antigen-binding fragment conjugated with magnetic particles as foetal cells.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of expanding the methods of non-invasive prenatal testing.
