SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions of fillers for leveling stone and concrete surfaces. Putty contains slaked lime, microcalcite, an additive, a plasticiser and water. As a plasticiser, it contains a modified polycarboxylate ester Sunbo HC 1021, as an additive carbon nanotubes obtained by hydrothermal synthesis of synthetic polysaccharides ATREM CEM LV, and additionally contains Buckeye UltraFiber 500 fiber at the following ratio of components, wt.%: slaked lime of 13.6–17.8, microcalcite of 39.3–49.2, said plasticizer of 0.02–0.03, said additive of 0.13–0.18, said cellulose-polymer fiber of 0.15–0.19, water of 36.3–43.1.

EFFECT: faster hardening of the putty and high strength of coatings based on it.
