FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: composition for producing lightweight architectural articles, comprising Portland cement, granulated glass, microsilica in compacted form, a plasticizing additive and fiber, characterized in that it additionally contains dolomite flour, calcium formate, the fiber is represented by polypropylene fiber and fiberglass, the plasticizing additive is represented by Synergy RC 160 Plv plasticiser, at the following ratio of components, wt %: Portland cement 32.26-35.77, microsilica in compacted form 0.81-3.17, dolomite flour of the fraction up to 0.1 mm, 21.36-26.52, granulated foam glass with the size of fractions 0.1-4 mm 16.67-19.7, fiberglass with the length of 6 mm and the diameter of up to 14 microns 0.20-0.30, propylene fiber with the length6 mm and the diameter of up to 18 microns 1.21-2.03, a plasticiser Synergy RC 160 Plv 0.08-0.12, calcium formate 0.64-0.81, water 18-20.6, and the chemical microsilica composition, wt %: SiO2 86-90; Al2O3 0.6-0.8; Fe2O3 0.4-0.7; CaO 0.4-0.9; MgO 0.8-1.0; Na2O 0.6-0.8; K2O 1.2-1.4; C 0.9-1.2; S 0.2-0.3. The composition may additionally comprise a water-retention additive, which is represented by a non-ionic cellulose ether under the trade name Bermocoll E230X, in the amount of 0.05 to 0.08 wt %.
EFFECT: increasing the compressive strength and the bending strength with less weight of the finished product, ensuring non-combustibility.
