FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices providing automation and complex mechanization of construction works of an overhead high-voltage power supply line (with increased symmetry of linear electric parameters of the line, which is in conditions of intensive action of electromagnetic field of contact system of railways, electrified on alternating current). Proposed device operates as part of MIC in combination with a twisting machine installed on a mobile platform in which feed drums with wires are located in series and which can rotate through 60° when moving for one span. In the centres of the twisting machine there are drums with wires and wire guides, the axes of which are spaced apart in space at angle of 120° for transportation of support rings spaced along circumference. Twisting machine is a component part of a mechanized complex based on a mobile platform, which also includes a manipulator that performs vertical movement of wires for installation on insulators of supports cantilevers. MIC moves along spans of the line under construction, laying the mounted wires on the ground with slight braking for uniform layout. At the same time the twisting machine itself rotates its movable part by 60° by means of rotational motion. This occurs at movement of the whole platform for one span between supports for process installation of wires of transposition on insulators of supports of supports with subsequent process tension to the required boom of wires sagging.
EFFECT: disclosed is a device for automation and complex mechanization of construction works of an overhead high-voltage power supply line.
