FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices providing automation and complex mechanization of construction works of an overhead high-voltage line of longitudinal power supply of the TPS, which is located on supports of a contact system of railways, electrified on alternating current. Authors propose a device for automatic installation of wires of an overhead high-voltage power supply line on suspended insulators using a mobile installation complex based on a mobile platform for automatic execution of works without using manual labour. On MIC, which is completed with a manipulator, which provides lifting of mounted wire, there is a mounting device with two units: first unit performs the function of gripping the wire from the corresponding coil of MIC, lifting and dropping into the saddle of the suspended insulator using a reversible electromagnet. Second unit provides fixation of the mounted wire in the seat of the suspended insulator in a fixed position, which is controlled by a powerful pulse electromagnet.
EFFECT: disclosed is a device for automatic installation of wires of an overhead high-voltage power supply line on suspended insulators using a mobile installation complex.
