SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cloud computing and more specifically to methods of processing requests and distributing load between data processing resources in a cloud computing environment. Method of distributing load over computer networks, performed in a scheduling device, comprises steps of receiving a set of requests from devices connected to the scheduling device, wherein each request contains a data processing task and task parameters, creating an initial set of solutions, for each solution, a task execution schedule is formed, suitability of each solution is determined based on the task execution schedule and tasks are distributed among computer network resources according to the target schedule.

EFFECT: high efficiency of methods for processing requests and distributing load between data processing resources in a cloud computing environment.
