SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of processing requests and distributing load between data processing resources in a cloud computing environment. A method for processing requests in a cloud computing environment, performed in a scheduling device, comprises steps of: receiving a set of requests from mobile devices and low-power devices, each request comprising a data processing task and task parameters; creating an initial set of solutions; for each solution, a task execution schedule is formed; determining the suitability of each solution based on the task execution schedule; selecting a target solution in the set of solutions based on the processing time and power consumption values; then iteratively transforming the solutions in the set of solutions by the optimization method, selecting the best solution in the current set and setting it as the target solution if its suitability is better than the suitability of the previously specified target solution; and determining a schedule corresponding to the target solution as the target schedule for executing the tasks.

EFFECT: high efficiency of processing requests and distributing load between data processing resources in a cloud computing environment.
