FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a continuous method of producing a zeolite material having a type of MFI framework structure containing Si, Ti and O. silicon sources and titanium and one or more compounds containing a tetraalkylammonium cation as a structure-forming agent and water, wherein the molar ratio of water to one or more sources of silicon, calculated as SiO2, is in range of 3–11. Obtained mixture is continuously fed into a continuous-flow reactor and the zeolite material is crystallized while heating to 70–300 °C.
EFFECT: disclosed method leads to a relatively high content of pentavalent titanium in the zeolite material, which in turn enables to obtain a zeolite with relatively high catalytic activity.
