FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of filling with liquid of various containers (tanks), is intended for switching off the liquid supply after filling the container and can be used in any area of the national economy, where it is required to control the liquid flow rate. Shutoff valve comprises hollow body 1 with inlet and outlet holes. In the cavity of housing 1 arranged are seat 3 and hollow shut-off element 10 with overflow hole 12 connected to float 16, which covers hollow housing 1 and is connected to shut-off element 10 with possibility of its movement. Seat 3 has inlet 9 for fluid supply. Cavity of shut-off element 10 is formed by first channel 11 for fluid passage, which is interconnected with inlet hole 9 of seat 3 and has a variable cross-section on a part of the length and a constant cross-section in the direction from the inlet to the outlet of hollow housing 1. In part of first channel 11 of constant cross section along it there is pusher 13, wherein one end of pusher 13 has head 14 located in part of first channel 11 of variable cross section, and other end of pusher 13 is connected to float 16 by means of tie-rod 15. Liquid flow reflector 18 and cover 19, which cover shut-off element 10, are connected to hollow housing 1 on the side of the outlet hole. Liquid flow reflector 18 has side and end walls, the side wall covers with a gap hollow housing 1 and is located between float 16 and hollow housing 1 with formation of second channel 23 for passage of liquid passing outside hollow body 1 and inside hollow body 1 between its wall and seat 3 with shutoff element 10. Between cover 19 and liquid deflector 18 there is annular gap 21 for liquid overflow. End wall of liquid flow reflector 18 has a shape concave inside the housing to form cavity 22, which is interconnected with said annular gap 21 for liquid overflow and with first channel 11 for passing liquid through overflow hole 12 of shutoff element 10.
EFFECT: higher reliability of valve actuation when preset fluid level is reached.
