FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of plant protection agents, namely cereal crops against phytopathogenic fungi, such as Fusarium, Aspergillus, Penicillium and others. Method of increasing suppressive activity of substrates for cereal crops grown in closed ecosystems consists in the fact that the proposed substrate contains 90 wt.% of deoxidized moistened high-moor peat and 10 wt.% of fresh cattle manure, bacterial culture of P. extremorientalis recovered from coprolites of earthworms with initial titre of 1-5×109 CFU/ml is introduced into this substrate, at rate of 50-60 ml/kg of substrate. Cereals are grown in a climatic chamber at an illumination intensity of 10 klx, light source – luminescent lamps with white warm light, 16-hour photoperiod, at 20-21 °C – daytime temperatures and 18-19 °C – night temperatures.

EFFECT: increased suppressive activity of the substrate in relation to root rot pathogens in cereal crops.
