SUBSTANCE: invention is a method for pre-planting treatment of potato tubers, includes treatment of tubers with a microbial culture, wherein for pre-planting treatment of tubers used as microbial culture Pseudomonas extremorientalis with titre 0.5×107–1.5×108 cells/ml with addition of bentonite into said microbial culture in amount of 0.1–3 wt%, wherein treatment of tubers is carried out at rate of 100 ml of the obtained preparation per 10 kg of potatoes.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing potato yield.
