FIELD: rail vehicles.

SUBSTANCE: shunting device is intended for manoeuvring and positioning of train on shunting track of car washing equipment. Shunting device comprises a pulling trolley, which consists of a base frame equipped with wheels with flanges and divided into three segments, in one there is a control spring mounted on an axle, wherein the axis passes through the three segments and is connected to the slides in the opposite segment, also in the segment opposite to the one in which the spring is located, a link with a pulley is arranged on the base frame, in the central segment, there are four cams connected by means of axes with shoes located outside the base frame, at one end, and with the shoulder at the other end, wherein every segment is covered by plates. Bogie centre plate accommodates axle holder. Shunting device comprises a traction circuit and a control circuit, the traction circuit includes a traction cable connected to a power winch and passing through a system of guide blocks and a tensioner, wherein one end of the traction cable is connected to one end of the traction bogie, and the other end is connected to the opposite end of the bogie, and the control circuit consists of a control cable connected to a control winch, passing through a system of guide blocks and connected to a pulling trolley, namely with system of pulleys on the link and on the frame of the pulling carriage, and fixed in the cable trap. At the same time in places of traction and control cables passing through rails, rails are equipped with cable penetrations, support plates are installed along the whole shunting path.

EFFECT: as a result, operational reliability and maintainability of the technical device are increased due to reduction of probability of deformation of cables and due to isolation of traction and control circuits.
