SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, as well as power engineering and heat engineering and the "system of load-carrying structures of 482.6 mm series" (international designation of the series – 19"), in particular, to modular complexes of engineering systems for uninterrupted operation of IT equipment with built-in air conditioner. Modular complex of engineering systems comprises a shell consisting of a cabinet, and is a single structure consisting of one or more interconnected cabinets, wherein when several cabinets are connected, their "cold" and "hot" zones are combined with each other, while maintaining separation between common "cold" and "hot" zones, an uninterrupted and autonomous power supply, an automatic gas fire extinguishing system. Complex is equipped with one or more built-in precision air conditioners equipped with cellular film humidifiers, DC inverter compressors, electronic expansion valves and electronically commutated fans. Besides, the complex is equipped with a compact distribution board with a bypass function, which is a closed metal box with industrial sockets connected to a common power supply bus through automatic load switches.
