Laboratory compartment includes entrance sanitary-gateway module, module for patients and sample reception, transport module, equipped with means for provision of autonomous functioning of mobile laboratory, diagnostic module and analytic module. Analytic module is equipped with portable shock-protected personal computer, computer, router, module of wireless data transmission, navigation module, portable Raman spectrometer and microscope with photo camera. Module of wireless data transmission is connected to router with local computing computer network, connected to automated information and reference system.

EFFECT: invention increases promptness of diagnostics, analysis and situation monitoring.
