FIELD: ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ignition means, namely to electrical and percussion sleeve. Electrical and percussion sleeve comprises a steel threaded body, an external obturator in the form of a copper cup inserted into the sleeve, with a powder firecracker with a powder filling placed in it, which is closed by a copper cover with stamped beams, on which the edges of the cup are rolled. Electrical and percussion sleeve comprises an internal obturating device consisting of a steel threaded screw securing a copper cup with a sleeve to the body, and a copper cone valve held by a perforated threaded sleeve resting on a copper washer, percussion mechanism with electric igniter, which includes a clamping nut screwed into the body with a brass base isolated from the body by moulded plastic, with a percussion action cap assembly arranged in it. Impact action assembly consists of a cap equipped with an impact-igniting composition with a foil coating and an anvil, fixed in the base by a pressure sleeve, disc electric igniter with two contact plates – upper and lower, isolated by a plastic washer located between them, a glow bridge made of constantan wire with diameter of 50 mcm, soldered between contact plates and passing diagonally through the hole of the disk filled with initiating explosive – lead styphnate, mixed on nitro-lacquer, held in an insulated seat of the clamping nut with the help of a crimping washer. Anvil is three-lobed with three semicircular cutouts at angle of 120° to each other with radius of 0.8 to 1.1 mm, the ratio of the total area of which to the surface area of the impact-igniting composition pressed in the cap is from 0.2 to 0.4.
