SUBSTANCE: invention relates to weapons and ammunition and can be used to form charges of combined explosive charges. Method of forming a combined charge of high-explosive action involves pouring a melt of a mixture of trinitrotoluene and aluminum into a loaded article. Loaded item is installed in the cartridge of the installation, and a cover with a hole equal in diameter to the central channel formed in the process of pouring is installed on the loaded item, and then it is used for placement of the pressed charge in it. Installation is made in the form of a centrifuge placed on the bed and configured to change its rotation frequency and has a rotary mechanism with the possibility of changing the inclination angle of the installation. Process is divided into two stages, at each of which such process parameters as inclination angle of installation and rotation frequency are specified. First stage starts from the moment of beginning and till the end of pouring of melt of a mixture of trinitrotoluene and aluminum, and the second stage - from the moment of end of pouring till solidification of the peripheral layer. Further, after solidification of the peripheral layer of the combined charge, the installation is stopped, the article filled with the peripheral layer is removed and a pressed charge in the form of an explosive cartridge is installed in the central channel.

EFFECT: creation of a method for formation of combined charges of increased high-explosive action.
