FIELD: analogue-to-digital conversion of voltage.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of analogue-to-digital conversion of voltage, which consists in the fact that reference voltage levels are generated in the range of change of the converted voltage; they are numbered; generating voltage pulses with known reference frequency; converting voltage is compared with all levels of reference voltage; recording and enumerating each moment of equality of the converted voltage to the level of the reference voltage; counting the number of pulses of the reference frequency from the moment of equality of the converted voltage to the level of the reference voltage of the moment of equality of the converted voltage to the level of the reference voltage; conversion result code values are formed from the number of the moment of equality of the converted voltage to the level of the reference voltage from the moment of the beginning of the conversion time interval, the number of the reference voltage level, to which the converted voltage at the given moment in time is equal, and the result of counting the pulses of the reference frequency.
EFFECT: minimizing losses of information on the shape of the converted voltage during the process of parallel analogue-to-digital conversion of voltage.
