FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical measurement methods. The method of integrating voltage analogue-to-digital conversion is based on formation of a conversion interval consisting of final amount of time intervals with fixed duration, and formation during each conversion interval of the continuous unfolding function by integration of a sum or a difference of input and reference voltage during each fixed time interval. The result of conversion is defined as product of the scaling coefficient and the reference voltage, and the scaling coefficient is calculated as the ratio of difference of all fixed time intervals corresponding to connections of positive and negative reference voltages during the conversion interval, to the conversion interval duration. Then additional time intervals are formed the duration of which is less than the duration of fixed time intervals into integer number of times, the polarity of reference voltage is changed, if on the previous fixed time interval the unfolding function polarity is changed, and all odd transitions are synchronised by fixed time intervals, and even ones - by additional duration intervals.
